MPI, a leading construction management firm in the Toronto market, is seeking a Construction Project Manager - High Rise in Scarborough to drive planning through completion of high-rise residential projects. You will coordinate activities as the general contractor/construction manager with owners, ensuring work aligns with project plans and schedules.

Ideal candidates have proven high-rise experience, GC/CM background, and strong oversight of project progress, plans, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-rise residential construction projects.
• Project Manager experience within construction delivery coming directly from a GC/CM environment (NOT owner's rep).
• General contractor or construction management experience.
• Experience coordinating construction activities across project stages.
• Ability to review project plans, schedules, and construction progress.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams and construction partners.
