The City Parks Alliance is seeking a Project Manager for the Construction Management – Parks Division. This role involves managing projects from planning to post-construction, ensuring adherence to policies and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance community resources and quality of life.
This is an exciting project management opportunity within the Construction Management – Parks Division of the City’s Engineering Services Department. This position will work closely with the City’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department in the delivery of parks, community centers, greenways, and more, positively impacting the quality of life for the Citizens of Raleigh. This Project Manager will be engaged with projects throughout their life cycle, from planning through design development, construction administration, and the post-construction warranty period. The Project Manager will coordinate with various project stakeholders, including City leadership and the public.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or directly related field
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
