Job summary

Avondale Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager for our New Brunswick office. You will lead a collaborative team of construction professionals to execute projects from idea to completion with a client-centric approach.

You will drive scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding our Quality Program and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of project success and team collaboration.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with ability to influence clients and resolve issues.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project delivery.
• Passion for developing and executing project schedules.
• Local market knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients to achieve goals.
• Develop and drive the construction schedule with the project team to meet milestones.
• Propose innovative methods to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Program.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and purchasing.
• Mentor project team members and share knowledge.
• Prepare and complete company-wide project reports.
• Support project wrap-up and celebrate completion.
