Job summary

Casman Group Of Companies in Edmonton seeks a Project Coordinator to manage scope, schedule, cost and quality for our clients across all project phases from pre-construction to closeout. You will work directly with the Project Team, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers, coordinating RFIs, submittals, and change management, and helping with schedules, contracts, reports and site meetings.

A background in construction and ability to travel to sites across Alberta and BC is preferred,

Qualifications

• Completion of min 2 year Post-secondary education in Construction Engineering.
• Previous Construction Industry Experience an asset.
• Comfort with working on active construction sites is required.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from bidding through turnover.
• Prepare and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and contract change management documentation.
• Support communication between consultants, internal teams, and site staff.
• Assist with project schedules, scopes of work, and subcontract documentation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and consultant deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal project documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Participate in site meetings and maintain familiarity with active construction sites.
• Assist with cost tracking, document control, and project administration.
• Promote compliance with safe work practices and company standards.
