West Cirque Construction Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to support site reporting, document control, and coordination between field and office across residential and commercial projects.

The role reports to the Sr. Project Manager and emphasizes diligent planning, cost tracking, subcontractor management, and project documentation to ensure on-time delivery and quality. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree or diploma, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency;

Formación

• Engineering degree or Civil/Architectural Technologist diploma preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and specifications for building construction.
• Familiarity with subtrades and field coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pre-planning and logistics for Saskatoon-based projects.
• Coordinate with Sr. Project Manager on all aspects of project management.
• Maintain project systems including filings, billings, and cost tracking.
• Gather daily/weekly reporting inputs from designers, field team, and subs.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Support with HSE and Quality management program implementation.
• Assist with site documentation and meeting minutes.
• Support project close-out and as-built documentation.
