KLS Earthworks Inc. is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates well, pays attention to the details, and isn't afraid to take initiative from start-up through closeout. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction role preferred.
• Experience in civil construction, earthworks, underground utilities or related infra work is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with office and field teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with construction/project management software is an asset.
• Valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of multiple construction projects.
• Assist with project planning and manage schedules, look-aheads, and progress tracking using MS Project.
• Review estimates, track costs, and assist with forecasting and progress billing.
• Coordinate with building departments, regulators, engineers, and consultants.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for material orders and deliveries.
• Prepare RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and other documentation.
• Review drawings and project requirements; attend meetings and track actions.
