We are looking for a self starter with an energetic, results oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The project coordinator will assist managers with project organization and execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
-Work with project managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
-Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and subtrades regarding progress and schedules.
-Track and analyze projects scope, schedule, performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, or deficits.
-Translate provided scope and requirements into tasks, then schedule and assign tasks as required.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed:
-Experience in commercial construction related field with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural scopes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
-Ability to work in fast-paced an high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
-Experienced of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive.
-Valid class 5 drivers license and Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
