Are you a detail-driven and client-focused eDiscovery professional who thrives on managing complex litigation projects, navigating technical challenges, and delivering exceptional service across the EDRM lifecycle?

Join our rapidly expanding, highly creative and customer-centric organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the legal and technology services industry. We are seeking a Client Services Project Manager who thrives on leading complex matters, building strong client relationships, and delivering defensible, value-driven solutions across the EDRM lifecycle.

About the Role

The Client Services Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end eDiscovery projects across the full EDRM spectrum—from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. This role collaborates closely with legal teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution of key services including data collection, processing, review, and production. The ideal candidate is a strategic and solutions-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, exceptional client communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building trust and delivering consistent, high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle. Translate client goals into actionable plans while ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead eDiscovery projects from identification through production, ensuring timely execution, defensibility, and adherence to budget. Manage scope, timelines, and quality control across all phases.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient, defensible workflows tailored to case needs. Ensure compliance with client protocols and legal standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate across legal teams, review attorneys, IT departments, and vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and obstacles, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed to maintain project continuity and quality.
  • Client Advisory & Best Practices: Educate clients on eDiscovery best practices, defensibility considerations, and emerging technologies. Provide consultative input to support legal strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, deliver regular updates, and provide transparent communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Continuously assess project delivery for efficiency gains. Contribute to internal process development, tool optimization, and team learning initiatives.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Guide junior staff and project coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth, accountability, and knowledge-sharing. Contribute to mentoring, onboarding, and professional development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services project management, preferably within the legal services industry.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity Certified Project Manager, or other relevant Relativity certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the EDRM and legal discovery processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using leading Project Management and Service Management platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Agility Blue, Harvest, etc.)
  • PMP, LPP or similar project management certification an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule to be able to meet client needs.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Remote opportunity, supporting Pacific Time Zone preferred.
