Job summary

Industra Construction Corp is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water/wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure projects across Ontario from its Mississauga base. The role requires ownership of schedule, budget, contracts, procurement, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in construction PM, experience with civil/industrial projects, and a relevant degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering civil, industrial, infrastructure, or structural projects preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is an asset.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Industra Construction Corp. is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water/wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure construction projects across Ontario.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to take ownership of a project — managing theschedule, budget, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships and site coordination required to deliver successfully.

Experience withWater/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, Municipal Infrastructure, Process Mechanical or similar complex infrastructure construction is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and client expectations.
• Oversee coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Contract Administration & Documentation

• Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reporting systems.

Procurement & Subcontractor Management

• Lead procurement activities including material sourcing, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Cost Control & Reporting

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Lead monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews.
• Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, manpower, safety, and quality.
  

Site & Stakeholder Management

• Provide leadership and support to site teams, including Superintendents.
• Conduct site visits as required to ensure project alignment and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software.

Travel

This role supports projects across Ontario and may also provide support to projects throughout Eastern Canada. As a result, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites, spending time in the field working alongside our operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Salary: $120,000-$180,000 plus Quarterly Bonus

Our Toronto office is conveniently located in Mississauga with quick access to major highways including the 401, 403, and 410, making commuting easy from across the GTA. It’s ideally situated for those coming from Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Vaughan, with a location that helps avoid heavy downtown Toronto traffic. The office is also close to Pearson International Airport, making it well-suited for project travel.
