First Onsite is seeking to hire a full-time Construction Manager to oversee construction projects, manage schedules, negotiate with subcontractors, control project budgets, and supervise onsite personnel.
As a Construction Manager, you supervise all onsite construction activities to ensure projects meet design specifications, codes, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. You review preliminary budgets, identify scope discrepancies, establish budgets, and monitor project costs from the start.
Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You serve as the main contact for clients, field teams, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors, driving project success.
