Job summary

Singleton Reynolds in Toronto is seeking talented litigators with approximately 3–7 years of experience to join our premier construction and infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate is called to the Ontario Bar and ready to handle construction liens, delay and performance disputes, procurement issues, and related adjudications, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

  • Approximately 3–7 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical, advocacy, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle construction liens and trust claims.

  • Handle professional liability and negligence claims.
  • Engage in adjudications, arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Work on large infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and residential projects.

  • Construction liens and trust claims

Compensation Range

$180,000 - $275,000 annually. Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
