Branion Williams Recruiting Inc. is seeking litigation associates with strong academic backgrounds and 3 to 5 years of compatible practice exposure to Construction or Infrastructure litigation law. Our client is a premier boutique law firm in downtown Toronto, with a leading Infrastructure practice within its litigation group.
This opportunity offers a mid-level associate the chance to build a sophisticated practice in construction and infrastructure litigation under the mentorship of highly-regarded practitioners. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value disputes arising from some of Ontario's most significant public and private projects. The practice has been at the forefront of disputes involving transit systems, highways, public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure, commercial developments, residential high- and low-rise projects and engineering and design disputes.
The work is hands-on and highly strategic. Associates are entrusted with meaningful responsibility from an early stage, working closely with clients, experts and partners through every phase of litigation and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience, strong analytical and advocacy skills and an interest in developing a long-term practice in construction and infrastructure disputes.
