Role Description

We are seeking English-speaking, French-speaking, and fully bilingual highly motivated junior and experienced construction lawyers to join our roster. Candidates must have experience in:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement documents and related agreements, including stipulated price, cost-plus, construction management, Engineering Procurement & Construction Management contracts, CCDC contracts, and construction financing.
• Handling lien payments, bonding issues, disputes, and compliance with contractual requirements.
