ROHL Global Networks Inc. is hiring full-time Labourers to support crews on a newly awarded multi-year contract in rural Manitoba. The role involves hands-on construction support, site preparation, and ensuring tools and materials are organized for safe operation.

This is a physically demanding position requiring reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with potential for extended hours and travel as project needs demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, utilities, telecommunications, or civil infrastructure is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist operators with spotting, signaling, grading, site preparation, and cleanup.
• Operate small tools and equipment where qualified.
• Support supervisors and maintain a safe, productive worksite.
