Job summary

eQ Homes in Clarence-Rockland, ON is seeking a Labourer to support the site supervisor and foremen, keeping the job site clean and well-organized while assisting with unit construction, material storage, and safety reporting.

You will help maintain logs for vehicle and equipment, cover hardwood floors, manage temporary heaters, and ensure doors are locked at day’s end, contributing to safe and efficient project completion.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to perform daily physical labour.
• Clean driving record; driver's abstract may be required.
• Maintains daily to-do lists and reports to supervisor.
• Hard working with attention to detail at all times.
• Understanding of MOL requirements and reporting structure for Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Cleans interior of units under construction, including garages and porches, from excavation through occupancy.
• Cleans and tidies areas around the site; dispose of debris in designated bins.
• Maintains cleaning supplies in the site office.
• Maintains and transports temporary heaters per site protocol.
• Ensures homes are locked at end of day.
