Job summary

Clearway is seeking a Job Cost Analyst to support financial management of construction projects at our Maple, Ontario office. You will ensure accurate job costing, budgeting, and WIP analysis while collaborating with Project Managers, Operations, Estimating, and Finance to provide timely, decision-ready financial information.

Location: Maple, Ontario | Hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm | Compensation: CAD 80,000–90,000 with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of job costing experience in construction.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• CPA designation or progress towards CPA designation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job costing activities to ensure accurate allocation and reporting of project costs.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and profitability; analyze variances and risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor financial health and cost control measures.
• Lead monthly project reviews and provide financial recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
