  • Assisting in resolving construction-related issues and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Tracking change notices for the completion of as-constructed drawings.
  • Assisting in the project closeout phase, including certificates of substantial completion and as-builts.
  • Coordinating and conducting inspections to verify compliance with contract documents.
  • Reviewing the quality of contractor work and reporting to clients.
  • Ensuring contract compliance with technical plans and specifications.
What you will bring to our firm:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • OACETT Designation (C.E.T, C.Tech, A.Sc.T).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in construction engineering, including field construction and contract administration in the Toronto, ON/GTA area.
  • Experience with Class 1 Railway and working within a right-of-way is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle in good working order.
What we prefer you bring:
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience on construction sites, with a focus on transit, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in resolving claims and a strong understanding of health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
