An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Public Health Inspector to join their team in Timmins. Salary Range:
$71,505 ($39.29/hr) - $84,392 ($46.47/hr)
Expected Hours:
35 hrs / Week
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Public Health Inspector is responsible for providing a comprehensive environmental health program in the community in accordance with the Ontario Public Health Standards and the Health Protection and Promotion Act. Using a variety of professional and technical skills, the Public Health Inspector protects individual and community wellness through health promotion, education, inspection, and enforcement of provincial Acts and Regulations. The position will be based out of the Timmins Office but will require extensive travel within the Northeastern Public Health catchment area.
