Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven success leading teams, operations, and business performance.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, financial management, and P&L accountability.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
