Responsibilities

• Setup and cleanup tasks at job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding or other temporary structures; build and position forms for concrete and dismantle forms after use.
• Load and unload construction material on job sites.
• Perform heavy labour such as ditch digging and concrete demolition.
• Assist skilled workers with construction projects in rough and finish carpentry.
• Blueprint reading is an asset.
• Maintain a clean job site to eliminate safety hazards.
• Support Abcott Construction staff in the construction process.
