Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at Aesir Contracting. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the construction of commercial buildings, with a primary focus on the foundation and framing phases. You’ll be working with a skilled team to ensure the accuracy and quality of the structure, ensuring everything is built true, square, and plumb. Your expertise in carpentry and foundation work will be key in the successful completion of high-quality builds.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in framing and foundation work (additional experience is a plus)
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans
Experience with concrete formwork for foundations, walls, slabs, and columns
Strong ability to ensure structural integrity, alignment, and accuracy in all work
Excellent communication skills and a professional, well-spoken demeanor
Ability to work well with others and uphold safety standards on-site
Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the role
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
