Job summary

Wurth Canada is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a Peterborough-based territory and drive revenue with existing customers while prospecting new ones. You will represent Würth’s products, services, and value proposition in person, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and the ability to use an iPad and CRM to capture orders and coordinate omnichannel sales for continued growth.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma required.
• Door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Post-secondary education or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in-person sales and service experience to customers.
• Champion Würth’s value proposition through systems, services, and products.
• Manage the assigned sales territory with growth in existing and new customers.
• Stay updated on product and sales developments and carry out demos and solutions.
