Description

We are strategizing, planning, and implementing projects that help clients achieve their organization’s objectives. Join our award-winning program management team and bring transformational project solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for large civil infrastructure projects including earthworks, water, wastewater, etc.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bills of materials.
• Review and prepare estimates of probable costs at various design milestones.
• Assess project changes and claims, supporting negotiations.
• Coordinate with other estimating disciplines and develop cost models and templates.
• Establish site-specific estimating criteria and staffing requirements.
• Perform risk assessments and develop project contingencies.
• Develop cost loading for project schedules and support procurement.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders and contribute to project pursuits.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of estimating guidelines (CIQS, AACE), engineering, construction, and procurement practices.
• Experience with estimating methodologies, scheduling, and software like Sage Estimating.
• Ability to develop WBS, detailed estimates, and manage multi-billion dollar programs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Educational background in related field with 8+ years of experience in civil/architectural/structural estimating.
• PQS or similar designation preferred.
