Key Responsibilities

• Assist with both concrete and framing crews as needed.
• Perform general construction labour tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support tradespeople in setting up and pouring concrete foundations, grade beams, and slabs.
• Help with framing layouts, material cuts, and assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Versatility and willingness to learn both concrete and framing skills.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must have PPE, basic hand tools, and a tool belt.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
