Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor on-site personnel to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, with knowledge of OHSA regulations and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment utilization, and waste disposal.
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts by collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership to on-site personnel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project objectives.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team in the Site Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
