Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required.
• Regular interaction with English-speaking clients and national colleagues.
• Strong teamwork and autonomous work capability.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy toward others.
• Willingness to pursue provincial AMF certification to practice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on auto and home insurance to help them make informed choices.
• Analyze client needs, promote products, and offer innovative solutions.
• Assist clients with choosing among available insurance options and guide through the process.
• Contribute to new initiatives and support their implementation.
