The Home Depot in Gatineau, QC seeks a Sales Associate to provide fast, friendly service and assess customer needs across departments. You will help customers understand product features, greet and engage shoppers, and support a safe, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales through suggesting options, educating customers about whole projects, and maintaining stock and displays while adhering to safety policies. A flexible schedule may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail or trade experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Home Depot’s GET Model of customer service: Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking customers.
• Actively seek customers and escort to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine customer needs and knowledge level.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
