Our Distribution team aims to be the leader in client engagement among Canadian Insurers, providing a seamless and personalized client experience. Our knowledgeable and trusted team is dedicated to delivering financial solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in one of our Quebec locations (Kirkland, Vaudreuil, Beauport, or St-Eustache), you will attract new business, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide excellent client care. Your role involves supporting and developing agency/call center operations through prospecting, client contacts, and sales activities, focusing on Auto and Property insurance.

How You Will Create Impact
  • Selling auto and property insurance by identifying client needs, building a network to generate sales, and responding to leads promptly.
  • Applying underwriting guidelines within current binding authority, providing quotes, and upselling or cross-selling other products through referrals.
  • Contributing to sales growth by achieving individual sales, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Providing exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintaining client retention through supporting referrals and effective communication, listening, and negotiation, especially regarding cancellations.
  • This role primarily supports non-French speaking clients inside and outside Quebec and requires proficiency in English. Non-French duties are not assignable to other team members.

To Join Our Team
  • At least one year of experience in an office environment.
  • Some post-secondary education.
  • Knowledge of underwriting practices and home and auto insurance products is an asset.
  • Possession of the Personal Lines Damage Insurance Licence from l’Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec (AMF) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is essential for servicing and communicating with clients and teams. Non-French duties are not assignable to other team members.
