Job summary

FirstService Residential in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Condominium Manager to support the Property Manager in running the site office and delivering exceptional service to owners, residents, and trades. The role involves handling notices, inquiries, calls, and coordinating with vendors, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Management.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, phone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare notices as needed.
• Address resident inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls with courtesy and take messages or carry out functions.
• Coordinate with tradespeople and prepare call summaries for the Property Manager.
• Obtain and distribute mail; fetch reports for the Property Manager.
• Handle building information sheets and filing forms.
• Prepare packages for Board Members.
• Date stamp invoices and cheques; record cheques in income intake report.
• Book party rooms and elevators; collect payments as per policy.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and support the Property Manager.
