Finning Canada is seeking a Condition Monitoring Analyst to support customers in Construction and Power Systems. You will analyze equipment data, interpret fluid analysis and telematics, and develop actionable recommendations to maximize equipment availability.

Ideal candidates bring heavy equipment experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment data to identify failure trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Interpret fluid analysis, inspections, telematics, repair history, and machine health information.
  • Develop and communicate recommendations to prevent failures and maximize equipment availability.
  • Partner with customers, branches, and technical teams to ensure timely action on recommendations.
  • Monitor customer fleets and provide insights that improve maintenance planning and fleet performance.
  • Follow up on recommendations to verify resolution and capture continuous improvement opportunities.
