We’re looking for a Concrete Foreman who’s ready to lead with us, not just work for us. Our owner, Matt Gentes says: “I want someone who’ll grow with our family and take pride in every pour.”

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead our skilled crew on everything from foundations to intricate flatwork.
2. Oversee concrete forming, pouring, and finishing with cutting-edge tools.
3. Collaborate on blueprints and bring projects in on time, every time.
4. Mentor the next generation of tradespeople with your expertise.
5. Keep safety first while delivering Winnipeg-quality results.

What You Bring:

1. 10+ years in concrete work, including 2+ years running a crew.
2. Mastery of slabs, structural concrete, and finishing techniques.
3. A leadership style that gets the job done and lifts the team up.
4. Valid driver’s license and grit to handle Manitoba winters.
5. Bonus: Red Seal, safety certs, or a knack for innovation.
