Job summary

Firma Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Placing & Finishing Foreman to join our growing team. The role involves supervising and leading concrete placing and finishing crews on commercial and industrial projects in Canada.

You will coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production activities, read drawings, and ensure work is completed to high safety and quality standards. Daily duties include site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete placing and finishing.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to lead crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety expectations.

Wage: $47.50/hr + Company Truck

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete placing and finishing.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to lead crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety expectations.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required.
