Flip retail is seeking a concrete finisher to work on industrial, commercial, and residential projects. The role involves forming, placing, leveling, and finishing concrete, while maintaining safety standards and accuracy on grade and depth specifications.

You will prepare surfaces, assist apprentices, and support installation of fixings and coatings. A practical, detail-oriented team player attitude is essential for this physically demanding position.

Qualifications

• Inspect formwork, base materials and steel supports and place concrete to grade.
• Fill hollows and patch areas on freshly poured concrete.
• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete.
• Level top surface according to grade and depth.
• Apply coatings to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Advise apprentices.
