Job summary

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Concierge – NOC 65312 to join a property management team. The role blends administrative tasks, customer service, and security responsibilities, acting as liaison among residents, owners, and tradespeople.

You will handle security, safety, access control, and emergency coordination during the Tuesday-Saturday 3:30 pm–11:30 pm shifts, with a 40-hour workweek. The position offers on-site work in Burquitlam and a starting pay of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have BC Security License is an asset (to be obtained within 3 months of employment).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs; physically capable for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors; address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Monitor security systems; conduct routine patrols; respond to incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response with authorities; assist in implementing plans.
