Schedule: Friday - Saturday

Location: Ivy Park at Bradford, managed by Oakmont Management Group, a premier senior living community in a landscaped campus.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours, answering multi-line phones, and providing clerical support, aligned with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls professionally
• Monitoring the Emergency Alert System and responding promptly
• Managing the business center and mail processing
• Maintaining a safe environment following safety standards
• Promoting teamwork and cooperative interactions

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably two years of hospitality or senior living experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to pass background and health screenings, including physical and TB tests
• Compliance with health and safety protocols related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases
