Description

ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services, in partnership with CreeQuest, is hiring Off-Site Janitors for a remote lodge near Timmins, ON. Candidates should have strong janitorial experience and familiarity with remote camp work. A valid driver's license and custodial work experience are required. Cleanliness is essential in our operations. As a Janitorial team member, your role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness to ensure customer satisfaction and health standards.

• Travel allowances may be available for remote areas.
• Work rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and Drivers Abstract.

All candidates must pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures aligning with OSHA, local, state, federal, and Aramark regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Properly maintain and clean housekeeping equipment.
• Clean assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
• Follow procedures for trash storage, disposal, and transport.
• Report maintenance issues via work orders.
• Secure the facility by locking/unlocking as needed.
• Protect company assets.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle hazardous chemicals safely.

• Be adaptable to guests’ needs.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
