Summary of Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service aligned with Skyservice's philosophy.
• Ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures, including operating company vehicles safely at all times.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, customer service representatives, line service, and colleagues.
• Assist flight crews with catering, limo/shuttle arrangements, and other ground support needs.
• Help passengers with baggage and valet services.
• Answer phone lines as required.
• Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager/Supervisor regarding service issues or customer concerns.
• Perform courtesy van runs to terminals and hotels as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in a discerning customer service environment, preferably in aviation.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
