Qualifications

• 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im hochwertigen Kundenservice, vorzugsweise in der Luftfahrt.
• Gültiger G-Führerschein erforderlich.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service consistent with Skyservice’s standards;
• Ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures, including operating company vehicles safely;
• Maintain effective communication with customers, customer service representatives, line service, and colleagues;
• Assist flight crews with catering, limo/shuttle arrangements, and ground support;
• Help passengers with baggage and valet services;
• Answer phone lines as needed;
• Report service issues or customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager/Supervisor;
• Perform courtesy van runs to terminals and hotels as required;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a high-end customer service environment, preferably in aviation;
• Valid G driver’s license;
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Positive attitude and professionalism;
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
