At Sunrise, our Concierge is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. The Concierge will greet potential residents, families, and visitors, manage both external and internal calls, and take and communicate messages. They provide an overview of community information to support marketing and sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Full Time.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Welcoming and supporting the hospitality of a Sunrise community
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Organized record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new applications
