Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a friendly concession team member to support sales at our stadium venue in Ottawa. You will handle cashless and cash transactions, keep the concession area clean, and ensure customers have a positive experience.

The role requires flexible availability across shifts, basic math, and adherence to safety and service standards. You will work with a team and communicate with managers to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability with schedule and able to work different shifts.
• Must be bondable, and pass an employer administered background check.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematical skills
• Must possess a valid Smart Serve Certificate

Responsibilities

• Enter all sales into the POS to record purchases accurately.
• Process credit card transactions and issue receipts.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and supplies while keeping areas clean.
• Communicate effectively with managers, team leads, and coworkers to achieve goals.
• Operate cash registers, calculators, coolers, and beverage machines.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and cash control procedures.
