Job Description

1. Assign IT projects to Systems Analysts, Programmers, and other technicians.
2. Coordinate IT projects, including designing and deploying new IT systems and services.
3. Oversee daily operations and evaluate their effectiveness.
4. Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
5. Recruit, supervise, and train staff such as Computer Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and Technicians.
6. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
7. Authorize development of specifications for products or services.
8. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
9. Provide ongoing support to clients after sale.
10. Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Cúram by Merative (formerly Social Program Management).

Qualifications

1. Language: English
2. Education: Master's degree in Computer Science
3. Experience: Minimum of 5 years, including at least 2+ years working with Cúram
