Job summary

Hunted International in Mississauga is hiring two CNC Machinists for a night shift, requiring at least 1 year of hands-on CNC machining experience and the ability to produce parts to specification.

You will set up and operate Haas and FANUC 3-axis machines, read drawings, load materials, verify dimensions with precision instruments, and conduct routine quality checks while keeping a clean, safe workplace.

Job description

We are currently hiring two CNC Machinists for an established manufacturing operation in Mississauga.

This is a night shift opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on CNC machining experience who are comfortable working independently and producing parts accurately to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Operate 3-axis CNC machines
• Work with Haas machines and controls
• Work with FANUC controls/technology
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications
• Load materials and properly position workpieces
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform basic machine adjustments as required
• Use measuring tools to verify finished-part dimensions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
• Hands-on experience with 3-axis CNC machines
• Familiarity with Haas equipment and controls
• Familiarity with FANUC technology/controls
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Comfortable using precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and able to work the full 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada through Canadian citizenship or a valid Canadian work permit

Compensation

$18-22 per hour, depending on previous CNC machining experience and technical skill level.

Schedule

Night Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidates must be available to work this shift consistently.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable machinists who already have practical CNC experience and can contribute quickly in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates with strong experience using 3-axis CNC equipment, Haas controls, and FANUC systems will be given priority.
