Job summary

Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies is seeking a hands-on Composite Technician in Markham, Ontario. You will learn to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composites, cure materials in autoclaves, and assist in building and finishing composite components to tight specifications.

Training is provided in-house, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role offers opportunities to work with high-performance automotive and motorsport programs.

Qualifications

• No prior composite experience required; in-house training provided.
• Willingness to learn to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfort with using hand tools and power tools.
• Team oriented with safety focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composites for curing in an autoclave.
• Operate autoclaves and ovens to cure composite materials.
• Build and assemble composite components and substructures.
• Cut, trim, bond, and finish parts to precise specifications.
• Read lamination and assembly manuals and maintain high quality standards.
• Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized.
