Job summary

All-Fab Building Components LP in Manitoba is seeking a production team member to assemble trusses and support ongoing manufacturing operations. You will work with a Team Leader to set up workstations and follow safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up the workstation for each order with Team Leader guidance.
• Assemble trusses according to procedures, SWOP, and Team Leader instructions.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and completed work; report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift, including end‑of‑day cleanup.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely, correctly, and responsibly.
• Perform additional duties to support production and team operations.
