Job summary

Tech-Wood Building Components Ltd. is seeking a Scheduling/Project Coordinator to keep projects moving across Truss, EWP, Wall Panels, and Building Materials.

You will coordinate production and delivery schedules, balancing commitments with capacity and lead times, and work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Logistics, and construction sites. The role focuses on planning ahead, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring commitments match what can be delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, project coordination, logistics, operations, manufacturing, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Experience in residential construction, manufacturing, or building materials is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling, ERP, or production systems.

• Support capacity planning and forecasting to help teams plan ahead.
• Keep scheduling information accurate and ensure teams have clear, timely updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, communication, and workflow efficiency.

Your Role

You’ll be at the centre of keeping projects moving across Tech-Wood. You’ll coordinate production and delivery schedules across Truss, Engineered Wood Products (EWP), Wall Panels, and Building Materials, working closely with Sales, Design, Production, Logistics, and our construction sites.

This role is all about planning ahead, keeping teams aligned, and making sure customer commitments match what we can realistically deliver.
