Job summary

All-Fab Building Components LP, located in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Assembler to set up workstations, assemble trusses, inspect materials, and operate tools safely within a fast‑paced team. The role supports production and team operations with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has woodworking or construction experience, can read a tape measure, and understands work orders.

Qualifications

  • Woodworking or construction experience required.
  • Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure (foot-inch-sixteenth method).
  • Experience reading and understanding work orders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Team Leader to set up the workstation for each order.
  • Assemble trusses according to company procedures, SWOP, and Team Leader instructions.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, and completed work regularly; report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift, including end‑of-day cleanup.
  • Operate all tools, equipment, and machinery safely, correctly, and responsibly.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support production and team operations.
