The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) is seeking a Compliance Specialist on a 14-month contract to oversee organization-wide compliance activities, including SCERPs, TCLs and undertakings. The role requires partnering with Compliance staff to draft policies, maintain templates, and ensure documentation meets legislative requirements.
You will analyze non-compliance, liaise with external stakeholders, and contribute to CMTO workshops and reporting.

Under the direction of the Manager, Compliance, the Compliance Specialist, is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of organization-wide compliance activities (e.g. Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Programs (SCERPs), Terms, Conditions and Limitations (TCLs) and Undertakings, etc.).
