Job summary

Vercity is seeking a Compliance / General Manager to own a major P3 project, overseeing contract compliance, operational performance, and stakeholder engagement across the Project Company, client, and service providers.

The role requires 5–10 years in facilities/assets/property contract management within P3/PPP environments, with strong commercial awareness and leadership with senior stakeholders. Starting salary from CAD 100,000 and above, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in facilities/assets/property contract management, infrastructure, or P3/PPP environments.
• Experience in a healthcare setting would be a benefit.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational oversight capability.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and board-level interactions.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Effective communicator, able to simplify complex issues and drive resolution.
