Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation, privacy laws, and professional standards.
• Monitor documentation and charting practices.
• Oversee incident reporting and follow-up investigations.
• Ensure staff maintain required certifications and mandatory education.
• Monitor infection prevention and control compliance.
• Support accreditation readiness.
• Review contracts, vendor relationships, and conflict-of-interest disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety committees.
• Conduct internal reviews related to billing, documentation, and regulatory standards.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate controls.
• Develop and maintain compliance information for analysis and reporting.
• Consult on new products, services and automated systems to incorporate compliance requirements.

This individual should have experience with writing corporate policies and have project management experience tomonitorand drive multiple objectives.They should have experience overseeing incident reporting and follow up investigations.The job requires exemplary attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple priorities.

• Anticipate/identifyand analyze risk and consequences of unaddressed risk factors/compliancegaps and recommendappropriate controls.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Possessa valid work permit.
• Hold a validGdriver'slicense.
• Have abachelor'sdegree or equivalentexperience.
• Hold aPMPorother project management certificationor experience.
• Hold a HCCA certification or have aCertified Compliance & Ethics Professional designation
• Have aminimumof 5 years' experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
