Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and coordination activities in support of the compliance function.
• Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data from multiple sources.
• Compile, review, and analyze information to support department needs.
• Use software tools to generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
• Prepare letters, reports, and other materials.
• File documents with appropriate entities in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain organized filing and recordkeeping systems.
• Serve as a source of information on organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist with the administration of contracts or subcontracts.
• Support aspects of Department of Defense, Department of Energy, or other industrial security programs.
• Help ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures that are non-IT related.
• Provide information and support to others regarding functional processes and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Support and reinforce the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
